Great National Final of the Audi Class Tour 2009

The golf course of the La Sella Golf Resort in Denia was the venue for the final of the Audi Class Tour 2009, one of the most prestigious competitions in Spain due to the great number of participants.

The high level and the emotion dominated the competion that brought together a total of 95 players of the four categories (men and ladies, either scatch or handicap) in the search for the title.

All the players seemed to really enjoy the golf course of La Sella, venue for many professional national and international tournaments which will count with another 9 new holes, designed by the professional José María Olazábal, very soon.

The playing conditions of the final could not have been better on the first day featuring some pleasant temperatures and nice sunshine. However, this wasn´t the case onr the second day when the last and decisive round took place which actually had to be interrupted during one hour because of a thunder storm.

The event was closed by a perfect gala dinner which all the participants enjoyed at the La Sella Marriott Golf Resort.
